Ken Giesbrecht
President & Founder
Since starting Vykan Manufacturing from the ground floor Ken has played a crucial role in the continued success of the company.
Ken has a hands on role in the day to day operations of Vykan. On any given day you can find him playing a key role in any of the major projects running on the shop floor.
With over 30 years experience in the manufacturing industry Ken is a leader with a true entrepreneurial spirit. Two things that you can always depend on are his work ethic and his word, neither will ever be broken.
Dustin Giesbrecht
Director of Technology & Production
Dustin is one of the founding members of Vykan Manufacturing, playing a key role in the start up and building phases of growth.
His desire to learn and master new technology allow him to control quality and production while advancing the companies capabilities.
Dustin’s abilities to multitask programming and running machines while managing production makes him indispensable to the business. As part of a family run business trust & work ethic run in his blood.
Kevin Erb
Director of Sales & Marketing
Kevin is an essential part of the team, and has been with Vykan Manufacturing since the very beginning. As our sales director Kevin understands our customer needs and he has always ensured that countless clients receive exactly what they need and are completely satisfied.
Kevin has a strong bond with the Grimsby/Lincoln community where he operates his business and participates and volunteers in both local sports and robotics programs.
Jaden Bales
Production Lead - Ebay Specialist
Since joining Vykan Manufacturing in 2021, Jaden has played a crucial role in the continued success of the company. His exceptional skill set, true passion and willingness to contribute in all situations makes him a valued employee.
Jaden is a graduate of the Niagara College manufacturing program. He represents the next generation of skilled trades workers in Ontario, and the future is bright!
