Acrylic is a crystal clear thermoplastic material possessing excellent mechanical and chemical properties. Outstanding optical qualities and resistance to both sunlight and outdoor weathering make Acrylic an ideal glazing material. Acrylic can be easily cemented, welded, thermoformed and machined, making it an extremely versatile material. Acrylic can be supplied in many different thicknesses and colours.

Acetal provides high strength and stiffness coupled with enhanced dimensional stability and ease of machining. As a semi-crystalline material, it is also characterized by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties - especially in wet environments. Because Acetal absorbs minimal amounts of moisture, its physical properties remain constant in a variety on environments. Low moisture absorption results in excellent dimensional stability for close-tolerance machined parts. Acetal is ideally suited for close tolerance mechanical parts and electrical insulators which require strength and stiffness and also offers resistance to a wide range to chemicals including many solvents.

UHMW is a tough, wear resistant plastic that combines an incredibly low coefficient of friction with outstanding impact strength. This self-lubricating polymer has excellent chemical resistance and a broad temperature range making it the perfect choice for engineers in a variety of industries such as conveyors and bulk material handling. UHMW can be used for many applications such as chute, hopper and truck bed liners, wear strips and guide rails, star wheels, sprockets and conveyor tracks, bumpers and dock fenders and bushings, bearings and rollers.
